I am sorry. engineering is a tough one too. just try to take a break and go back to it when you are feeling a little better. if you can (depending what the time is where you are at) get some sleep. but at least take a break. you are not going to get too much work done right now if you are feeling depressed anyways

Could you elaborate on why you can't concentrate on studies?

Yeah engineering's quite hard..sometimes I can't concentrate when I'm studying/preparing for something, and it's pretty frustrating isn't it. Maybe try taking a break and just rest your mind? Best of luck for your exam x

Well I don't know about celibacy I am quite rebellious for that but when I was preparing for the exams I just tried to focus my efforts, sort of take things one at a time. Plus taking breaks at frequent intervals of two-three minutes like once in an hour or two would help. Exam preparations can always be strenuous, try to keep cool and consolidate all that you have done. If I'm right you have probably three months left to study.
Best of luck :)

Well you need to find out the reason behind not concentrating like when you are sitting for a preparation, what thoughts comes to your mind, complete those things first and then you start your preparation.

This sounds like great advice. Maybe longer breaks and every now and then do something completely different.
