Depends what you mean by "feel" - physically (as in orgasm and / or pain), or emotionally.

Both are great! I have so much to share for you I don't know where to start, & I could write a lot but I won't. Seth is right, no one can tell you how they'll feel, you have to experience each for yourself. Getting oral is fantastic as long as the boy keeps his teeth out of the way! Lol! Going down his throat is sensational! Giving oral is incredible as well, again, no teeth! The feeling of your friend in your mouth & throat is incredible. Giving anal is indescribable and wonderful for you & hopefully for your partner. I have not had many experiences with oral, but I will tell what I can. So, actually not that long ago, my straight friend (I am gay) came to me and asked me if I had every thought about giving a guy oral. I obviously had and said that I would leap at the opportunity to experience it at least once. (I should also probably mention at the same time I was in love--yes it was real love and I know it was--with my best friend "Kyle") He then asked me if I had ever thought about giving him oral. Both of them feel amazing, like i mean amazing. Oral was the first thing i ever did sexually with someone else. Anal hurts like hell the first time because it stretches your asshole, but after the first time its better. If you are you one doing the ana then it isnt bad but receiving is the best.

Sorry the dude was rough. A friend of mine does anal and says its good if the guy goes slow. He said rough and too hard sucks. (Ive never tried it).
