Very happy that you have decided to pursue this goal. Wishing you the best, you can do it. :)
Just the little things count. Push ups, sit ups, squats, wall push ups, running at your school track, swimming, bike riding. All of these don't require that much money or a gym membership aren't that hard to do.
Also watch your diet, this is the other half. If you eat more calories, try to burn or exercise more. The whole point is to burn more calories than you take in. Try to set a goal, like a 2-3 pounds a week is good and healthy. You don't want to stress yourself too much. My faith is in you, best of luck. :)

I hope you make it but be careful you haven't set your goals to high or to quick. Do not get discourage and remember weight lose is not constant. Walk every where. If you drive, park in the farthest parking space. Take steps to different floors or the elevator part way up. Do extra laps when shopping. Watch what you eat. No munching between meals and stay away from pop, potato chips and things like that. But at the same time reward yourself some times if a goal is met. Good luck and I hope you make it.

start slow. drink lots of water. eat healthy. run/jog, pushups, sit ups, pull ups, squats, easy exercises. if you have access to a gym great. keep in mind it is a process and takes a lot of work, but in the end, it is well worth it

Try a no-carb diet
My dad has been on one for the last month and a half. He's lost like 15 pounds without extra exercise effort, although he does bike and run.
Just make sure you get your vitamins too. And water.
Apparently it takes a week or so for your body's metabolism to get used to it.

I once tried to do in few days lose some fat with 50 situps, 20 pushups and some ab workouts :) it's very hard (after few days I didn't feel my legs) but it's worth of it.

I decided to lose weight 2 1/2 weeks ago. So far lost 8 pounds. Basically just walk more eat kess and no choclate or non diet drinks. Also as nice as fruit is its better to eat vegtables (sugar)

More fats and proteins, less simple carbs (sugars/starches). Get your energy from complex carbs - raw veggies. contrary to what some say - fats dont make you fat. Carbs do because they digest quickly and raise blood sugar. fats dont do that.

Thirty pounds in two months is just dumb. You should be on a restricted calorie diet, where the reduced number of calories per day are in the neighborhood of 200 to 300, maybe. Track everything you eat with an app. Keep protein high to avoid muscle loss. if you want to cut a specific macro, make it carbs, not fat. you need fat for hormone production. Have patience. You should lift weights 3x/week. Heavy weights, three sets, in the 8-12 rep range. keep your lifts to the big ones (deadlifts, squat, pull-ups, bench). Don't waste time with curls or other isolation work. If you absolutely must cardio, do it HIIT style. But mostly, have patience. Shoot for 2 pounds/week max.

30 pounds in two months is not realistic, I like this workout though...

You can also try following programmes on the net. Some aren't legit obviously so I,for instance, downloaded the biggest loser workout.Don't know how good an idea that os but it helps you plan a work out that'll probably produce results

it's not that hard and really all it takes is common sense and a little willpower.
one of the biggest steps is to stop drinking corn syrup soda. if you *must* drink soda, drink diet only. regardless you should drink much less soda and more water.
another step is to ditch the snacks and dessert. you should focus on eating the right portions with enough protein so you don't feel the urge to snack in between meals. dessert is unnecessary and just adds extra junk that your body will turn into more fat.
you don't even need to hit the gym (although it wouldn't hurt). go for a long walk or a jog every day if you get the chance. spend less time lounging at home in front of the TV or Xbox. if you usually spend 6+ hours a day playing video games or watching TV, cut it down to one hour a day. the more "up and active" you are the more weight you'll lose.

Actually - even "zero calorie" soda can still cause elevated blood sugar levels. Elevated blood sugar releases insulin. Insulin converts excess blood sugar into body fat. So basically - so-called "diet" sodas are doing exactly the same thing as regular soda does, just without the added calories. The result is still the same -- If you drink soda, you are adding to bodyfat. Period. There is also some research about carbonation as well.
I agree - Water is still the best choice.

You could go vegetarian for a few months or so if that's something you think you can do.
I new someone who also wanted to lose weight, so they went vegetarian for a little over two months and (If I remember correctly) lost around 30 or 40 pounds. I think they were over 200lbs before starting this.
I understand it's hard for a lot of people so you could just become a weekday vegetarian where you only avoid meat monday to friday.
Maybe you might like being vegetarian and stick with it? Or drop it when you lose the weight, whatever works.
I don't know, it's just an idea.
