Hey, Well over the last year and a bit i have put on weight and i am not happy with how i look, I want to exercise but the motivation isn't there. I even went out and brought a rowing machine and some other equipment but i always put myself off using it.

Any ideas to motivate myself and keep motivation going so i can lose some weight. Thanks in advance. :)

Exactly! I started to put on weight noticeably this year since i cant really do to much physical activity due to previous injuries (used to keep fit from rugby untill my accident)

I might look into that app tomorrow. Thanks for the reply!

I used to box, along with rugby as i said but that's physically impossible for me now.

that site is interesting. anyways, write down some goals, and put them somewhere where you will see them every day, even better multiple times a day. just so you can constantly be reminding yourself where you want to be . tell others you see regularly so they can be encouraging you on your goals
