Everytime i try to make chocolate cake, either from scratch, or a mix - it's dry. EVERY flippin time. I follow the directions perfectly and it's still dry.
I know its not just me, cause my mom has the same problem (even though she doesnt admit it) and my friends, and even some store-bought cakes are.
But cake from a good bakery, or at a resturant... oh yum!!! HOW do they do that?!!
