Thank you if you answered

Blades with more razors are definitely more comfortable from my experience. Fewer blades does get a marginally closer shave however but as I said I always find using razors with fewer blades makes my skin more irritated and also I'm more likely to nick myself.

Dude, don't use a razor down there! Too many bad things can happen and regrowth is a B. Save some cash and get one of these, trim the hair down to nearly nothing and no nicks or cuts! Seriously, use a trimmer down there.

I recommend using a nice razor if you're going to shave down their. A cheap disposable razor might nick or irritate your skin. It's important to use shaving cream that has a moisturizer in it (Not a facial shaving cream) and you must moisturize with lotion afterwards. It's quite dependent on your skin type as to whether you're going to get ingrown hairs or itchiness after you shave but usually after the first time you shave there will be some discomfort. Just remember to moisturize a couple times a day after shaving and you should be fine. :)

I thank you so much for your response it is greatly appreciated. The first time i shaved I did not have any itching or irritation at all even with first shaving with the grain and then against to get that super close smooth shave. Thank you again for your help. will defiantly use some kind of lotion or creme to help shave

I use a Gillette razor which has 3 blades that is fine, I have never used any creams.

sam here, do it in the shower and just put some soap on the area you are shaving, works great for me

Any number of blades will work, but the more blades you have, the better the shave you will have!
