Ok I don't know if I'm just being super crazy or other peoples have these kind of stuff. I want to talk about what I call ''Ghost cuts''

To explain this, I need to tell you about the first time that I cut. It was last year around April-May. I had this week that my thigh was bloody red all over the place because I couldn't stop cutting. I did 3 or 4 cuts on my uper thigh, near my ankle. The place that doesn't have a lot of fat. Since that time I had what I call ghost cuts. There is 2 categories of ''Ghost cuts''

1. Invisible but painful

This is the one that I experience on my upper thigh. Whenever I feel like shit, I remember my past or feel depressed*, I feel intense pain on the exact spot that I made the cuts, 7 months ago. But there's no scars or anything. Just pain.

2. Visible but not painful

This scares the shit out of me. Sometimes, I wake up and I just see scars on mu wrists on thighs. But on places I didn't cut. Just scars, that are not painful even if I touch them, that seem like old cuts. But I swear I never cut there. They're just there, then the next day they disapear. I'm always afraid that I sleepwalk and that I self-harm..

So yeah, that was what I call ''ghost cuts''. If ever you have a new category, tell me and I'll add it to the post. Or else, just comment and tell me what you think about it. Do you have the same thing? Am I just being crazy?

I've experienced the 1st one quite a few times actually. My friend also used to have the same I discovered so definitely not crazy.
The 2nd I can't say much about because I did have the issue of actually harming myself in my sleep which was one of the bigger problems I gave with getting better.

I will add a "Trigger Warning" note to the title of this thread due to the sensitivity of what is being discussed here.

All of my cuts are scarred so they're not invisible but yeah I get a lot of pain from them at random moments. It's been two years since a lot of them have healed but yeah the pain is still there sometimes.

I experience the first all the time. As for the second, I can't say because its never happened to me...

Yeah I've experienced the first one but not the second one. I don't think you're crazy; maybe you should talk to someone you know about this?~

Ever since I last cut (about a year ago) I experience the first one from time to time. It's almost like my friend who lost his hand in an accident, he gets pain where his hand should be, but he has nothing there. The second thing you mentioned is definitely out of the ordinary, however, I'm sure there is a logical explanation.
