yeah its pretty common for that to happen with most guys, some get it and some dont. mine get tight when i cum, but they dont retract to the sides like that.

Everyone is different, some guys have really low hanging balls, some just stay up in a tight sac...all is totally normal unless your balls didn't decend all the way, then you could have a problem with creating sperm...

If you see something on more than one occasion it usually means that it's normal :p this will usually happen if you hold out your orgasm, or have an extremely satisfying one :)

I think it has a lot to do with the size of your balls. I think guys with larger balls notice it more. if your earlier into puberty with smaller balls you probably don't notice it as much. But I think it happens to everyone
