Nipples sensitive & sore

When I get my period, my nipples get very sensitive and a little painful. Is that normal?

Yes it is very normal. I too get very sensitive and sore nipples and breasts. Alieve helps a little along with a hot bath.

We don't tell people that enough. Sometimes I say to a total stranger (a boy or a mom with a baby, in a parking lot for example) "Seeing you made me smile." You should see their faces light up!

when my period comes, the first thing I do when I get home is take off my bra and let the girls breathe, it seems to help and I don't but a top on until I am called down for dinner. hope that helps.

my nipples are sensitive too. To make me feel better i like to take a hot bath and after that i put some oil on my breasts and dont wear a top or bra or anything like that. It is a mix of some things that were written here and it helps me a lot.
