Well..... Lifting one leg up on a raised area (counter etc) and facing away from a mirror so that your butt is facing it. This gives you a good view, and by putting one arm through the legs and holding it a bit differently (you'll know what I mean if you do it) then you can shave it. It might hurt your neck to look after awhile however.

i am naturally smooth back there so i dont have that problem, but I would think using an electric shaver would be safest and squatting over a mirror on the floor so you can look down and see what you are doing.

Squat in the shower with the jet below me spraying my ass. Then get a razor and do it.
It takes me about 20 mins which is annoying
