I like Endermen. They won't attack me if I don't attack them (never figured this out. I can stare at them for years, and they won't attack) and they just look cool.

I like the Nether monsters, I'd pick the Magma Slime thing. I like it's jumping animation.

The birds in yogbox. Oh wait, that's a mod. And I still haven't gotten the horses update, sooo I'll say wolf too. Who doesn't want a faithful companion?
