Foreskin and Head attached

Hi im 13, i posted recently about me pulling my foreskin back all the way as i have tight foreskin. But i havent pulled it over fully yet but i can see that a tiny bit of foreskin is at attached to the head of my penis, around the littlle line that goes down the head of the penis. Is this natural or do i need to talk to my dad about this? It would be a awful conversation to have as i have never talked to him about a problem like this. Please answer helpfully.

It's natural, that is where your foreskin is attached. No worries ;)

as he said its just the frenulum the connects the foreskin to the glans and your young just let it be and slowly try pull back not enough it hurts but each day or time you wash as well
