So, as many of you know, I came out to my cousin on Saturday. Now I need to come out to my mom, who thinks I'm gay (asked me 2 times tonight and 4 or 5 times this year) . I am glad I am dropping enough hints, but I don't know how to explain pansexuality to her, I can do fine online but it's hard in real life. Any advice on how to explain it to her.

Do it when you feel the time is right. Coming out should be a special process that should be done when you feel it should be done. If you have an open minded family, or even other LGBT members in your immediate family, hopefully that makes it easier.
If she is adamant about LGBT topics and the lifestyle and all, I would probably wait a while before opening yourself up to her. I truthfully, am not out to my family yet mostly due the fact as I don't think they are ready to know. I'm still very much young and they will find out when they find out, whether that's by me asking them or them asking me and if I feel inside my heart the time is right, I will be honest and let them know. So I have to give the same advice to you. Do it when the time is right and when you inside your heart feel you're ready to let them know.
Friends before siblings/cousins, siblings/cousins before parents. That should be the golden rule as to who you should come out to first and who you should turn to first and next so everyone is level. I am wishing you the best towards your coming out journey. Best of luck and hopefully this goes well. :)

Coming out is definitely something that should not be rushed. I'm glad that you've begun the process, but unless you're 100% comfortable doing so, you should hold off on coming out to your parents. In my case, only one person at home knows, everyone else that knows is at college. Good luck with everything ^.^

Once again, Seth has made it plain and simple. When the time comes, explain it to her in the simplest terms and be prepared to answer questions.
