i stopped for a while but now i have started again and i cant stop its like a drug im not even upset some days i just come home and want to cut and i cant stop

I am sorry to know you are going through this. I totally understand, because I have been in a similar situation before. When self harm becomes an addiction it is really hard to get over the urges. I repeat hard, but not impossible. As mentioned above, I suggest you take a look at the sticky thread and see which of those alternatives work for you. Sometimes, when the urges are really bad, it may seem like none of the options work, but I don't want you to give up, because somewhere, something will work for you and help you fight this. Distracting yourself when you feel like hurting yourself, works get over the urges, sometimes. You could indulge in a hobby, take a walk, call and speak to a friend or even log in and brows around here. Do anything that makes you happy.
Quitting begins with belief in yourself, and not from anywhere else. Saying 'I can't stop' is not going to help you stop. Start being positive and try convincing yourself that you are strong enough to do this.
