So, I am looking at buying another pair of Turtle Beaches, seeing as my X12s from last year fell apart. But I can't seem to find a good headset to choose. Anyone feel like helping out?
REQUIREMENTS:
Have to be for the 360, or at least compatible
Preferably wireless, though I can deal with wired
Not too expensive. Maybe $150 as a max. I don't have a whole lot of money to spend...

I'm leaning towards buying the PX3 Recertified. Only $62 on the website!

Anyway, leave your suggestions! In case there is a better headset that I can get.

I have Turtle Beach ones as well. I have the green ones, I forget what the model is but it's wired, and a pretty long wired one. I think this one is also made for the XBOX specifically but can also be used across several other devices. It also only costed 50 dollars, and it's really good quality. I have been using them for a year now, and can't complain about them at all.

I did read some reviews on the PX3 when I was looking for my headset last year, and it got some really positive reviews, and that would have been my second choice, but it was over my budget. So I'd say go with the PX3, because when I was doing my research last year, those were among the top getting what you pay for.

Did a bit of looking, decided to go with a Tritton Primer Wireless Headset. The PX3 isn't available in a GameStop near me, but the Tritton is. They seem to be nearly identical.

I would recommend either Shure headphones (if you are looking for nice, but coloured listening), or (my preference) some nice AKG ones, which would be better for music production/sound engineering work, as they provide nice flat freq. response curves and uncoloured sound.
