I need some advice on girls, preferably by girls but any advice will be greatly appreciated. So there's a girl I really like, like not a crush type of deal, like full on in love. She's gorgeous, and just so happens to be my best friend's little sister. I'm 16 and she's 15. Just this weekend I was hanging out with my friend. His whole family was watching a movie, I sit beside her (side note, her and I have a history of 'fooling around' when we sit next to each other) and she instantly puts her legs over mine and throws a blanket over top. Now I've texted her a lot and she says I can't make it awkward between us, so I put it to the test. As soon as the movie ends the rooms body count went from 5 to 2 in minutes. Perfect time, we're sitting there poking each other, having a grand ole time, and I purposely touched her breast. Nothing she did nothing, she brushed it off as if nothing happened. So instead of poking her breast, I thought I'd touch them briefly full palm. Nothing again. So, I thought to myself, I can touch her breasts and there will be no reaction. So I brought up the courage to aim..... lower. Not trying to be too quick I pinned her down in a wrestling match(so to speak) and quickly rubbed her crotch area. NOTHING! Not a single "don't touch there." I think this girl likes me back, maybe, just maybe she does. You'd think so too, but she says I am like a brother to her............. really!? Jeez... I know this is a long post, but I would really like some advice on whether or not to go for her or drop it.

It seems to me like she likes you, I've never heard of a brother touching his sisters breasts and getting no reaction, and especially touching her crotch area. I'd keep pursuing this, but I might ask her brother, because it could ruin your relation with him.

There is no doubt in my mind she likes you. You don't even have to look further for any clues. But as the user posted above, maybe casually bring it up to her brother and ask how he'd feel about it. And if he is okay with it, then see if she wants to date you.

Absolutely likes you, no girl let's someone touch them like that in a playful way if they don't. The no reaction is probably because she's quite young. Definitely talk to the brother and also if things do progress, talk to her about the touching and other stuff so you know where you stand and she's not caught off guard. Good luck

Baring any traumatic childhood/extreme shyness or any other unfortunate circumstances, I'm pretty confident to say that no girl will let you touch her like that if she's not at all attracted to you. If it was just playing around you would expect a friendly slap or shove or something.
