No, it hasn't affected anyone else either, the muscles naturally contract upon orgasm and I haven't heard about any dudes complaining about it. And it's a bit sensitive in there anyways, it is your ass

what else? umm...nothing really to worry about? the major things in the rectum are your prostate (which is just beyond your rectum, and close enough to be stimulated by anal sex), the mucus membrane of the ass, and up the tube is your colon.
