View Full Version : A Guy Likes Me?

A few days ago I was sitting around when the person sat next to me and asked what i though about gay marriage, all I really said is that I think that gay marriage is ok and nothing is wrong with it. I am a shy person so I didn't know what to say. So then he turned back to his friends and he said something like i don't think he is. But then like a minute later he put his head on my shoulder. Then I took a few seconds to say anything and then I said "yes"? so then he stopped. I am just really shy and I didn't know what to say or do. I just don't pick up on ques like that. So then I told my friend and she thinks that he liked me and stuff.
The way I look at it is there are a few reasons why he asked:
1.) He was asking because liked me
2.) He was just simply wondering if I was gay
3.) Someone else was wondering if I was gay so they made him ask me.
4.) They were mocking me.
Even if he was gay, do you think that I missed out on the opportunity? How should I approach this? I am just really confused.

I guess the easiest way would be to approach him about it

What I didn't get is if it was someone you don't know, or if it was someone you know but don't talk to much. If you never saw him before, I kinda doubt he likes you, or maybe he just saw something in you and decided to try his luck, it's hard to tell when you don't know much about the person, I get confused myself. =p

Wondering or mocking seem likely to me but it would be best to ask him directly about it.

Because you don't know him, this becomes confusing. Get to the bottom of this more. He could be someone who might have been flirting with you, and you could get together with him friendship/relationship or otherwise. On the other hand, this could have been a prank or something. They might have been testing your manhood or just wanted to see what your response could have been. Just talk to him and explore this more. Wish you the best of luck. :)

Easiest way is to ask him. Which might be awkward. You could always see if he does something similar again and then you'll have some solid evidence that he must be bi/gay.

Seth has a good point, the only way you will fiind out anything is if you approach him about it. Remember, the dumbest question you can ask is the one you dont.

The best thing u can do are that u can confront him about it or just not think about it
Convoluted one
