Could I have TSS?

I normally don't wear tampons, but I put one in last Friday (Time of posting is 7:34 AM Sunday) because my flow was a bit heavier and pads kept moving out of place. I put it in at 2 PM. Since I never wear them, I forgot I had it in and didn't remember to take it out until 11 PM. Now, all day yesterday and so far today, I've been having diarrhea, and about two hours ago I started feeling sick, kinda like I'm going to throw up but not quite the same. I have a rash down there too, and I've been feeling slightly lightheaded. I thought at first the diarrhea might be from something I had eaten, but all I ate was some meatballs and two cookies (Which might've been gluten free even though I'm able to eat gluten) Could I have TSS?

I just did a quick Google search for symptoms of TSS and found the following list:
A sudden high fever
Low blood pressure (hypotension)
Vomiting or diarrhea
A rash resembling a sunburn, particularly on your palms and soles
Confusion
Muscle aches
Redness of your eyes, mouth and throat
Seizures
Headaches

It doesn't sound like you're exhibiting many of those symptoms, but of course going to a doctor is never out of the question - especially if you're sick for whatever reason, which it sounds like you might be.
