Answering the door shirtless

I was just wondering whether you have ever answered the door shirtless (or regulary do)? And if yes, did the other person say anything?

Yup, I did that many times. No one ever said anything they just act normal.
I mean why would anyone be bothered?

I rarely do. The person at the door reacts no differently than if I was wearing a shirt.

I can go one better - I will answer the door in my underwear sometimes. I can see who is at the door before I open it, so I wouldn't do it in front of kids or girls or women or anything like that. But if it is a guy delivering a package or something like that, and I am just in my underwear, I will answer that way. Sometimes they do a double-take. I have even had guys make comments like "you look comfy" or something like that.
