I don't eat lunch very often during holidays and other days off, but today I had something we've nicknamed a "submarine". It's a very small baguette, you can almost hide it in your hand. I had one with roast beef and one with shrimps. Quite tasty. :)

Submarines in the US are anywhere from 6" to 12" long and contain several items like lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, meats, onions and so on. There are actually fast food chains that specialize in them.
I think I'll make one for lunch in a little while.

The nickname is more common than I thought, then. :D They are truly delicious, and just enough for a small lunch.
