Hello, everyone!
I would like to ask for your opinion, because I'm torn. I am now stydying at an Arts Gymnasium (Music or Painting, and all regular subjects, only easier), but my aspiration is to become a doctor, which I can't if I study in that school. But there is a chance for me to get into the best school in my city, which is also one of the best in the country, it would seem the choice is clear. But it's hard leaving music, because I love playing, and people say I'm talented, and what if I don't fit in that school, please help

If it's your aspiration to be a doctor, i think you should follow that dream and take admission at the school you find best.
If you don't want to leave music, continue it as a hobby.
You'll just have to grow your capacities to be able to balance and take time out for both.

If you are really passionate about medicine, just go for it and become the doctor you've always wanted to be. As Aditya said, then practice music as a hobby. After all, with so much to learn in medicine (actually I'm studying medicine), you'll obviously need a hobby as a distraction.

Like everyone has said, if medicine is your passion, go for the medicine field. you can always do music on the side

Whatever is your passion follow it. With that being said, don't do things that are going to be unrealistic and fantasy like and may require you to put in more effort or work than you can handle or want to put in, but do what you think you are capable of doing. If you want to be a doctor and you think you can handle it, and have the confidence to do it, then do it. If you feel that way for music then stay for music. You need to know what you love more, we can't really tell you.

Are there any entry requirements for the other school? If so, you may not be able to just enter and start there.

If you truly want to be a doctor on the other hand, then I would try your hardest to get to the other school and study as hard as you can there to get into a good medical university. For a lot of people, their passion is also their hobby (in my case it is film), but if your passion does not coincide with your hobby, you probably need to be prepared to let one go somewhat. You can still play music in your free time, but you may not be able to do it as much as your would like!
