So for a whole now I have been getting really wet. I'm not horny or aroused or anything like that. And it's gotten to the points where it will go through my underwear and into my pants and it's really annoying and uncomfortable and I wanted to know if I'm not the only one that this happens to so please respond thanks!

That's probably just a mix of sweat and discharge! Wear a panty liner if you have to. It happens :)

you're not the only one :) it's probably discharge! but don't worry, use daily pads (I don't know how to translate it to english but they're kind of smaller than the ones you use when you're on your period). lot's of women (even grown up) have always one or two in their bag/purse.
you can use cotton underware to decrease discharge and avoid using body wash with much chemicals and perfumes.

A friend has the same problem and wears a panty liner, it works for her, hope you get it sorted X
