Oooookay I had a major freak-out on Thursday....

I was having crazy mood-swings. Homeroom, I was extremely talkitive and hyper and was like, running around the room. 1st period was kinda bleh and 2nd was pretty normal. Now in 3rd I was really sad. Couldn't take the daily quiz but could still manage to take notes in class. Soooo I stayed in the classroom for lunch and my girlfriend stayed with me. I wanted to open the window and I wanted to jump out. So the whole time I was trying to get the windows open. We were on the 2nd story so it probably wouldn't have killed me or anything; that wasn't my intention anyway. I just told my girlfriend that I wanted them open because I was hot. Well we couldn't get them open.

Uummm... 4th period... trying to remember... I was actually fairly content like nothing was wrong. Same with 5th period. Okay 6th was the major weird thing. I tried to get out the window again. I was in the process of opening one and I was like, scared. Then the teacher came in and I went back to my seat, so I guess I was aware of what I was doing. As I was sitting there my heart was racing and pounding and I was saying the f-word over and over. So everybody stood up to go to the library, I stood up but I couldn't move. Just staring at the window. Heart still racing. My gf noticed this and my teacher did as well so eventually my teacher took me down to the counselor's office.

We had a talk 'til about halfway through 7th period. And in the process my mom found out everything. Well, the counselor was required by law to call my mom because I was attempting to hurt myself at school. So now my mom knows that I've been cutting and that I've been taking way too many calcium tablets and vitamin pills....... Gaaaaaah. Surprisingly enough she didn't flip out.

So I don't know what this all means. I don't know what the hell happened to me.

idk it sounds to me that these rapid mood swings could be bi polar disorder but they could be many outher things i think you should talk to a dr.

Yeah I second what the others said, although it could just of been a majorly screwy day or it could be something else. Its hard to tell. Definatley get it checked.
Do mood swings this badly occur often?? If so then theres a possibility it may be bi-polar.

Also be thankful your mum hasn't flipped out! I'm sure she'll help out =) Good luck

yeah it does sound like BPD. but luckily its the most treatable and easiest to regulate.

Technically bi polar isn't treatable even with a regular amount of medication symptoms can still appear. But yes it seems to me to be bi polar and you need to talk to someone. BPD can lead to health issues like ulcers, splein issues and miagrain headaches.
