Yes it can and it also cause sexual perfermance issues. To much alcohol makes it difficult to keep and get an erection... and can also cause u to mKe bad desicions on not think clearly

alcohol can reduce your sperm count but thats only in people who abuse it and drink heavly evryday. ocasional drinking and even drinking on weekends wont do much if any harm down there but then there are always other things that come with drinking

I've heard it can. But not just by one beer or whatever. It would take time, and a lot of alcohol to make a noticeable difference in your sperm count. My advice is don't drink any if you value your health...and sperm count for that matter.
