This has happened to me before. But there is nothing to worry about. You and him are brothers, so it does not matter if you guys see each other jack off. And, your brother is 17 years old, so i am pretty sure that he jacks off too. Just dont mention it to him. You guys are brothers and he is probably cool about it and he wont say anything to anyone about it. And, i am sure that you will probably walk in on him while he is jacking off sometime soon. If you are that worried about it, then go talk to your brother in private, ask him if he is cool with it and everything. Although I have never had this happen to me (I don't have any older siblings) I don't think there is anything to worry about. As people have said he almost certainly does it to and probably has done since your age or before.

While he may have got a surprise when he walked in he won't have been surprised to learn that you do it and maybe he will be less likely to walk in again because he knows you may be doing it, i.e. he may knock first next time. I certainly don't see any need to change your habits because of this incident.
