Okay, so I love my girl like A LOT and we have been together for about nine months now (and we were friends for around two years before) and there really isn't anything about her that bugs me, except that little bit of fuzz on her lip. (Please don't laugh) It doesn't show all the time, but sometimes its more obvious than others, and it's kind of a turn-off for me, how can I tell her that it bothers me without offending her? We've told each other our deepest secrets before so maybe it won't bother her so much?

I don't think it will bother her since you've seem to gone pretty far into the relationship where you can tell each other anything. If I were you, I'd just say it as if you've seen it for the first time when you kiss her maybe, or when you see her the next time. Like... bring it up in a surprised way that will make it seem like you've just noticed it now and ask her what that is when you feel it or see it. This is what I would do, however, I have never been in a situation like this, and I have never had anyone come to me with this issue either so I am not 100% sure if this is the best method. You should take this into consideration and wait for others to reply :)

Go up to her and say, "Babe you gotta mustache...just saying"....
You might just want to tell her very soon before she notices it herself.(If she hasn't already).... Because she might possibly get mad at you for not letting her know....

He's right, she may get mad if you don't tell her. I like his approach better than mine, if anything she could take it in a jokingly way and won't even be offended and will notice herself after.

Yes even if it he doesn't tell her, and she finds out, and she even is perfectly fine without telling her...its best to let her know soon just to be kind and all. Better safe than sorry
