Hi i am 13 and i have a problem with my penis/ foreskin. I have white spots all over my foreskin and down there smells awful. I masturbate but i am a virgin. Is this something bad or can easily be fixed?! I also have pretty tight foreskin if this helps! Help!!

Like he said, you must wash under your foreskin to keep it clean and smelling nice. What the stuff is is called is smegma and, while actually beneficial to the overall health of your penis, smells and looks rather disgusting. If the tight foreskin makes it so you can't wash, you can either loosen it manually, or get circumcised. To loosen, (remember I'm not a doctor, going on experience) you can pull it as far back as possible just to the point where it starts hurting. Do this 3-4 times a day, and in about a month or so, it should be able to retract all the way past the head of the penis.

Im cut, too, but I think you are getting some good advice from others that are uncut. they key to it all is keeping it clean. though your foreskin is tight, you should still find a way to get inside there to clean properly.

Yeah, just make sure to wash under the foreskin! If it becomes an issue because your foreskin is too tight, and it's really bugging you, get help

Good advice. I'd also like to add that your urologist will be able to give you creams to help loosen the foreskin, but for now, try to pull the foreskin upwards and shoot the water into the opening (NOT THE URETHRA). This would work if you have a hand shower and you can hold and spray directly at a certain body part.

You need to clean it. If you don't clean it....this is what happens. I'd suggest you start cleaning up immediately before it gets worse. If you do clean and it doesn't get better, you should probably see a doctor, even if it's embarrassing.

I agree with the poster above that you just have a bad case of smega which is a build up of stuff under your foreskin. What you have is not serious, but you just need to clean it up with soap and warm water everytime you take a shower/bath. Unlike when you were a little boy when you did not have hair, body oils, or the ability to ejaculate, now you have all of those things meaning that stuff can build up under your foreskin. I am not sure if anyone has taught you how to clean under your foreskin, but gently try to retract it and clean off the white stuff that has been building up. Use regular soap or body wash, and make sure you wash under your foreskin everyday. Also, in light of your smega problem, make sure you shower everytime you masturbate because you don't want semen staying down there and your smelling really badly.

If you are having a lot of trouble pulling back your foreskin, then talk to your Father or older brother for help. A lot of guys have trouble with tight foreskins, and you are not alone here. If your foreskin just will not budge, then it is totally fine to see a doctor. There is this prescription ointment that works really well on tight foreskins and loosens it up really well. Definitely seek help if you can't do anything with your foreskin.

I'm uncut too and I keep mine clean by washing every day in the shower. I pull my foreskin back and gently wash that area and the head of my penis.
