So I have to wear a dress to this winter formal my school is hosting, problem being I got scars from like week-2 weeks ish ago (I decided to stop for now since I knew winter formal was coming up, surprisingly I have some control over it..) on my legs. the lower half, I don't have long dresses, so I honestly don't care if you can see them when you look really close, I just don't want them to be so. OH HI THERE LOOK AT ME. The dance is 5 days away, anyone got some good advice? Makeup advice? I know makeup can work well; if your good at it.. I'm not.. LOL

Any tips I can use within now and then to help the redness of them or flatten them out a bit or makeup techniques I dunno about or anything iunno about in general would help ^-^

I mean considering it's winter formal you can always rock some cute tights, it's seasonably appropriate. I saw something about like trying to make them gray or something, but normal concealer may work too. Given the nature of my cuts when I used to they were never in places where I'd need to hide them. Best of luck

I agree with the post above me. Try some tights - you can grab a pack cheap from probably any drug store or a target or something like that. It fits with the season and everything. If you're adamant about not doing tights (or even leggings) though, makeup is really your best. I know you're not good at it, and tbh I'm not either, but just come concealer that matches your skin tone should work alright.

Stay strong. x
