Hi!

I have just a cm of fat around my stomach, so I want to take it away. What do you suggest me? It's winter, so I could practice at indoor bike (orbitrek) and some workouts for strenght.

Honestly I wouldn't freak out over 1 cm, especially for winter, evolutionarily speaking we're supposed to have more body fat coming into winter, but if you'd like feel free to do what I refer to as mat abs, pull out a yoga mat, put on some edm or other similar music and do various types of crunches. Normal, legs half raised, legs straight up, v ups, carpenters (side to side to work obelques), things along those lines I mean there's some stuff I do for abs in dance but I just can't describe it.

Basically I don't recommend trying to lose that weight but it you're so inclined try to do some ab stuff.

this will do nothing but increase ab strength. you need to eat less calories than youre burning and even then you will lose fat all over your body, not just your stomach as you cant spot reduce fat

Crunches and sit ups will do barely anything for actual weight loss, in fact the number on the scale will likely go up because what you're actually doing is building and toning muscle, which weighs more than fat. I certainly recommend doing those things especially if you want to have visible abs once you actually lose the weight, but just know that it doesn't burn many calories. If you want to lose fat, try cardio. Biking as you said, running, swimming, dancing, jump rope, etc. Unfortunately you can't aim weight loss at one part of your body, so don't be discouraged if you notice the extra fat is coming off your legs first, not your stomach. Keep working at it and your belly fat will come off eventually. Eat a healthy diet and don't overeat. It might take a while but you can do it.

Oh, so 1 cm of fat ? Really? Do you really need to "lose" 1 cm of fat?? Your bodyfat percentage is probably already below average, but you still want to "lose" it?? geez... anyway you can't lose fat around the stomach, you lose fat everywhere at the same time, "spot fat removal" as they claim in magasine is a big load of bull.
So, 45 min of cardio + 20% below your TDI. You'll get those saccro-saint motherducking abs everyone worship.
