in my high school people are actually quite conservative and do not show off so i don't think I've ever seen some other guys bulge, but my own bulge is quite noticeable (around 4.5 inches non-erect) but I've never seen anyone staring.

When I started puberty stages I happened to notice that guys were walking around with a fuckin bulge, and being my young age, I was thinking, "What The Fuck?!".. But when I started getting older I hardly notice it, and still to this day. So it's not really an issue for me individually.

Yeah, plenty of guys see my bulge in locker rooms and vice versa. I used to get kind of embarrassed but now I don't care haha, proud of what I got. And in the right pair of pants I've even gotten a couple of looks from girls ;P haha so I've learned to not really care since I can't really hide it

A bulge is a bulge. Sometimes you cant avoid it and for the most part I dont pay attention to it. There are times that I look in the mirror and notice my bulge in what im wearing and just go with it. Were men and it is unavoidable sometimes.

IDGAF whether people see my bulge or not, I see it as a medal of honour, you know. My friends, you can see their full outlines of their dicks, and they don't care. It doesn't really matter, we all have dicks, and they all protude a bit, so there is going to be a bulge!
