How do I not send affection

Hey guys and gals I have this problem when I Hang with girls and it drives me crazy. Well everytime I hang with a girl I always wanna touch her and mess around in the bedroom. I am not a pervert but everytime I hang with girls I can't keep my hands to myself like everytime my ex and I hang I always end up getting to close to her while she wants to be in the friend zone! But she ends up flirting with me while she's in another relationship. I just feel like I make girls uncomfortable I want to settle as "just friends" but I always want more! How can I relive this problem?

If you're in your teens, early ones at that, then this can be quite normal, especially for males. However, if you want to get rid of it then you need to clear your mind and think about different things when speaking to girls and being around them. Instead of thinking about whatever you are thinking when you are with them, think about what they are saying to you, what you can say to them, think about your friendship with them, and just act friendly. If you keep your mind off of the touching, bedroom stuff, and getting too close and focusing on other things it should be somewhat of a distraction for you.
