Testicle Pain

I will admit I'm very embarrassed to be posting something of this nature when I know some close friends on VT can see this, but I'm a little concerned.
So fuckit. Here it goes.

I am experiencing soreness in one of my testicles. It's only one side of it. It comes and goes. Started yesterday. It's the sort of soreness that feels like it starts in the testicle and goes up into the middle of your body.
Could this be a result of (ugh -_-) masturbation?

I googled "testicle sore" and the first thing that came up was testicular cancer society... 0_0

I'm also worried about testicular torsion... :(

i get those pains too sometimes, and i thought it might have been because i was jo too much, but that wasnt it. my best advice would be to talk with your doctor about it, describe it to him in detail, and maybe he will be able to give you a decent answer. as far as torsion goes, i dont think there is much you can do to prevent it, i would say just be careful.

Same thing happens to me quite a lot, random pain that starts in my testicle and reverberates throughout the middle off my body. I don't know why it happens

Testicular torsion causes severe, constant pain. What you are feeling is very unlikely to be torsion. Cancer can cause much more diverse symptoms, especially in the early stages. However, given the rarity of cancer, it is much more likely that you have something more common and far less severe.

There are many things that can cause testicular pain. It's possible that there is no discernible cause, and that the pain will go away on its own, or it could be any of a large number of conditions, ranging from mild to severe. Cancer is unlikely, but given its severity and the importance of rapid treatment, it wouldn't hurt to get it checked out.

You should see a doctor. Chances are they will say it's nothing and that the pain will resolve on its own, but it doesn't hurt to be safe.

Is there a chance you just sat down wrong? I have hurt myself in this way before and it lasts a day or so. But if you are really worried about it talk to your doctor. :)

I suppose I will schedule a doctor visit.
It didn't hurt all day until about after dinner time. Idk :/ it seems like the more I think about it, the more sore it feels. And if i don't think about it, it goes away.

So it was being annoying again today so i took some garden shears and cut my balls off. no more pain :) awesome home remedy.

I had a torsion a couple of years ago, it started as a very dull pain and got progressively more painful, but it was constant. Was sorted by a quick operation and everything's been fine since.
It doesn't sound the same as your pain, but always best to get checked by the doc!

I did more research and figured it was an infection of some sort. It went away within a few more days.

Semen is supposed to be purple... right?
