I was just wondering if anyone has been to a chiropractor or has any advice with them. I've had serious issues with my back mainly because I'm a, how to properly put this, I'm a bustier girl and it definitely is having its effect on me. My parents finally agreed to take me to see someone and I figured when I'm in less pain I can work on my core strength and take some of the strain off my spine but right now it's just too painful. Any advice on what to do other than going? I mean I'm probably going to be forced into a breast reduction but given my existing body image issues I feel like it's a horrible idea.

I just now saw this. I do have been to chiropractors and could answer questions, but at this point you have probably already been. Did it help any?

I go the the chiropractor whenever I'm having back pain. THEY CAN REALLY HELP! Im a little clumsy and when I fall, I fall hard, and my back starts hurting for weeks until I go back. I would defiantly recommend seeing one, and if this is your first time they'll probably evaluate your alignment to see whats out of place. Its also good to know where the pain is so they can locate whats out of place and focus fixing that area.

Go to a physical therapist. Work on the same problems and are generally better.

Its probably postural.... Are you ashamed of having large breasts?
