It's not just you. I'm sure it happens to a lot of guys.

The reason for that is that you're getting a lot of, for lack of a better word, "enjoyment" feelings when you masturbate. It's basically a sexual high. Once you've cummed, that high often takes a nosedive. If you're not used to the nosedive effect, then it's pretty easy to feel guilty over masturbating. Your body had quickly grown used to the feeling of enjoyment from the sexual high and is simply feeling the negative effects of it quickly going away.

Same thing with the tired feeling. The body is using a lot of mental and possibly physical energy to keep the sexual high. That and most senses such as tiredness tend to be dulled down when performing sexual acts. All of it is pretty normal; it just takes some time to get used to it. I know since I've once suffered from the same thing you are.
