errr. i hate my period. i'm in soo many sports and i'm embarrassed to get a tampon out of a machine :(. any tips on how to make it less embarrassing?

I also have this bad sweating problem. i have used like every kind of deoderant, including the medical strenght. i don't smell, i just get horriable sweat stains. It makes it hard for me to rais my hand to answer things and have fun. I'm always paraniod someone will see and make fun of me. Any tips?

Oh, and also (lol) i am a HUGE chest. It akes it realy hard to find shirts. i would be a small, but i have to be a large because of my chest. I'm a 34B. Its so hard to play sports because they kinda....flop.

Bring tampons from home, keep them in a plastic baggy in your purse or backpack, then no one has so see you using the machine. Remember though, other women use tampons, too, and they don't care if you have to use one. Anyone around your age who makes fun of you is just insecure because they probably haven't gotten theirs yet and they're kind of jealous. Women older than you shouldn't say anything about it. :)

For the sweating, see a dermatologist. There are all sorts of things they can do to help you out. :)

And your breasts aren't really that huge. They may be big compared to your peers, or seem big compared to the size of the rest of you, but 34B is actually a pretty average size. I'm a 32B, and I usually wear a medium in shirts. I sometimes need a large because I have a long torso, but unless you're shopping in the little girls section, you shouldn't need a large to accommodate 34B breasts. Maybe try a different store? As for sports, wear a sports bra. Keep one in your P.E. locker (it's easy to change into it without revealing yourself. Just put it on over your regular bra, then unhook the bra and slip it off underneath. Reverse the process to change back after class. You could also just wear the sports bra over your regular one for gym, but then you risk getting kinda sweaty and having to wear an icky bra all day:( ), and voila, no worries about bouncing.

i bring tampons with me in my purse every day. try that.

Also about the sweating alot, i get really sweaty as well. my dr said it can sometimes be related to nationality and that its not a medical issue by itself but if you have other symptoms it could be a few things. just to be safe you might want to get tested for diabetes.
