Weird topic for a forum like this I know right :P anyways since I'm about to drop most of my money on a general Lee 10 meter radio, mostly for the CB band, but since I can do other things with it I'd really like to get an operators license but I'm not sure how old I have to be and what the requirements are. So the main question is does anyone know how old you have to be and what the requirements to get an operators license would be?

I suppose it varies from place to place, I see no reason for there to be any age limit, you'd have to find out the specific law for the area you live in.

Maybe...urrm....wherever it is you apply for the licence will have the info you need.

(Also, America, land of the free = Has more restricting laws than most places)
