I want to know if any of you have ever done this, whether it was an accident or on purpose, and how serious it was.
This Thursday (Thanksgiving), accidentally, I fell from my friend's pickup, luckily it was not going very fast. At the time I felt nothing, but at night ... well, I could not stand my abdomen, lower back and right shoulder area, luckily it was not more.
Also, do you think I should go to a doctor for a check?

I've fell or been thrown of multiple vehicals in my life,
1) I managed to step off a bus whilst it was doing 25, I fucked up my elbow and knee but just flesh wounds, I walked away.
2) I was thrown from a motorcycle because I was hit by a truck that didn't look before it merged I to my lane.
3) I fell off a speed boat whilst drunk (we where only doing 15knots)
4) And lastly, I fell out of a car window because I was leaning out of it, and shooting a BB gun at a target whilst my friend drove (faster than I asked him to) past it. (Ye, not my proudest moment)
Basically what I've learnt so far is that I am not comparable with any mode of transport I can get my hands on.

I can't say I've ever fallen out of a moving vehicle. I fell out of a water log ride when I was 6, if you'd count that. :P
As far as your injuries go, if it's unbearable, go see a doctor to get some painkillers. Otherwise, I think you'll be fine.

Thankfully I have never fallen out of, or been thrown from, a moving vehicle. You should definitely go. To a doctor and get checked out. Even if you think it's nothing, better to be safe than sorry -- you never know what kind of orthopedic problems can arise from letting smaller injuries manifest into big ones.

I have never, but the closest I've come to that is to the car driving off while I was in the trunk holding on to the back of it and kind of being dragged along the road... that hurt... I was a little kid too thought so can't really remember much. No idea how that happened either.
I think you should see a doctor though if you still have pain.

I fall off my bike a lot, not quite a car but still hurts like hell depending on what i do. My chain is too loose so i keep bouncing it off, and o got a scar off the last time because i jumped the handlebars and skidded across some glass which took a chunk out of my thigh.
I considered jumping in front of a car but i feel like it would be mean on the driver

No I haven't, thankfully. And I hope I never do..but I think you should go for a check up just in case it's anything serious~

I tend to wait for the vehicle to be stationary before i get out or off it.
If your in pain I'd recommend getting it checked out. You could have some internal injury

Well, a few years back, in my way home from school, just when the doors opened, a few seconds before the bus accually stopped, I did a little hop and landed on the concrete. The thing is, I had forgotten I was wearing a backpack, and, while I had landed perfectly, my backpack was still in the bus. So, without expecting something like that, the force of the bus pulled my backpack, which in turn pulled me. That resulted in me doing a 100o turn to the right while falling down, and scraping my elbow on around 20cm of concrete. I went home with a thick drop of blood the size of an almond hanging from my elbow. xD
But you should seriously go to the doctor. You might have serious spine problems witjout your knowlege.

People die from that kind of behavior. I'd ask myself why i felt the need to do something like that, if i had those thoughts. You may need help to sort through some issues. No shame in that. We all have problems.

I attempted to when I was younger, so I had childproof locks in the car until I was 10.

Four wheeler plenty of times, dirt bike twice, demo derby with my friends my car barrel rolled down a hill after chucking me out where the windshield used to be, out the bed of a few pickups, once hit the wrong part mailbox with a baseball bat so I was stopped and the truck kept going. I'm no doctor, but I'd take an ibeprofen and take a nap.
