So a few days ago, on Thursday November 27, I went on a first date ever in my life with a girl. She enjoyed it greatly and as did I. I asked if there would be a chance of another date and she agreed without hesitation.

Now a few days later we're talking on Facebook nonstop and learning a lot about each other. Not kidding, we're just asking each other questions nonstop and I enjoy it because I am understanding a lot about her now. But now we're sending hearts (<3) and "I miss you" messages. Is this normal for new couples without a second date?

I really like her and it's not that this is bothering me but I don't know if this is normal or not. I'm really interested in and she's really interested in me. But is this going too fast?

When it comes to relationships and dating, there isn't really a standard for the norm. As long as you're happy and she's happy then there's no problem with what your doing. Who cares if it's only been one date? Send those hearts and xoxo's! :D

People say if things move too quickly, they fall very quickly ... HOWEVER, if you really really like each other and there is a severe connection between you two then I don't think there is such a thing as moving too fast.

Unless you're not throwing engagements rings within the first few months, I think nothing is moving too fast. This is actually very normal at the pace you are moving. I have been in several situations like you are where that connections just grows so strong and builds up that you do start to have feelings for that person sooner than you'd thought, especially the more you talk to them.

You're talking to the girl a lot, so what do you expect? Your emotions and connection with her will grow, and this will lead sending hearts and leading to you missing her. You're on a fine road to a healthy relationship I think.
