ok firstly i am sick of people of miss defining rape so here is the actual meaning
(sorry if the isnt the right place for this and you might want to make it a stickiy)

statutory rape

sexual intercourse with a person (girl or boy) who has not reached the age of consent (even if both parties participate willingly)

rape

1) unlawful sexual activity and usually sexual intercourse carried out forcibly or under threat of injury against the will usually of a female or with a person who is beneath a certain age or incapable of valid consent because of mental illness, mental deficiency, intoxication, unconsciousness, or deception

2) n. the crime of sexual intercourse (with actual penetration of a woman's vagina with the man's penis) without consent and accomplished through force, threat of violence or intimidation (such as a threat to harm a woman's child, husband or boyfriend). What constitutes lack of consent usually includes saying "no" or being too drunk or drug-influenced for the woman to be able to either resist or consent, but a recent Pennsylvania case ruled that a woman must do more than say "no" on the bizarre theory that "no" does not always mean "don't," but a flirtatious come-on. "Date rape" involves rape by an acquaintance who refuses to stop when told to. Defense attorneys often argue that there had to be physical resistance, but the modern view is that fear of harm and the relative strengths of the man and the woman are obvious deterrents to a woman fighting back. Any sexual intercourse with a child is rape and in most states sexual relations even with consent involving a girl 14 to 18 (with some variation on ages in a few states) is "statutory rape," on the basis that the female is unable to give consent.

3) v. to have sexual intercourse with a female without her consent through force, violence, threat or intimidation, or with a girl under age. Technically, a woman can be charged with rape by assisting a man in the rape of another woman. Dissatisfied with the typical prosecution of rape cases (in which the defense humiliates the accuser, and prosecutors are unable or unwilling to protect the woman from such tactics), women have been suing for civil damages for the physical and emotional damage caused by the rape, although too often the perpetrator has no funds. Protection services for rape victims have been developed by both public and private agencies. On the other side of the coin, there is the concern of law enforcement and prosecutors that women whose advances have been rejected by a man, or who have been caught in the act of consensual sexual intercourse may falsely cry "rape."

(The above was taken from a law dictionary)

A simpler way to put it:

1.the unlawful compelling of a woman through physical force or duress to have sexual intercourse.

2.any act of sexual intercourse that is forced upon a person.

This is highly inaccurate mainly because it only says women can be raped.

With enough sexual stimulation anyone can get aroused no matter the situation especially with younger ones. A lot of the time when this happens guys don't report it because its embarrassing.

Okay, so you're at a party, you've had a few drinks and you're looking around. Suddenly, you notice a girl that is very much to your liking. From across the room your eyes meet: you are now officially a rapist. By looking at her without her consent, you have violated her body. Pat yourself on your back and be prepared to marry her in order to preserve her honor.

I saw a Law and Order once where a guy said three women tied him up and raped him. He didn't win the trial because considered getting an erection as consent. That's bullshit. You can't really stop an erection. So yes I think a guy can be raped by both women and men.

Thats ridiculous, what sort of BS is that? Of course a guy can be raped by a woman, its just that everyone sees it as a good thing, or not as serious, even though it is just as serious as the rape of women
