Whiteheads

I'm getting heaps of white heads on my face around my jawline and stuff. I eat healthy, Train, am in shape and fit. 16 Year old male. Not sure why they're happening and I hate them and want to get rid of them what's the best ways because I'm clean shower 2 times a day, wash my face 2 times a day and am confused because I'm doing what I'm suppose to be doing to have a clean face. I'm aussie, and not very oily or sweat much so not sure..

What are some tips to permanently remove them?

I think its part of puberty with hormones and stuff! You can go to a doctor so that you can use the right medication because acne can cause permanent skin damage.

Don't pick or scratch them. Make sure you wash your face frequently. Go to a convenience store and get some facial cream that deep cleans your face.

You could also be confusing them for acne which you would need to see a doctor about if it continues to bother you.

It's not acne, had them for a few months and been the same. I squeeze them but theres to many to squeeze. Seems like pores are clogged and no idea what to do. :/

Don't. Leave them alone. You should only touch them when you are applying clean soap and water to them, or any type of oil free cream to treat them.

I have some for maybe 6 months then the gone so not worry they go away alone
