It's really easy to over-think this kind of stuff. I'm sure she's not intentionally ignoring you, if that were the case, she wouldn't socialize with you at school either.

This says it all. A lot of people overthink these things, but the easiest solution is to just ask her politely why she doesn't respond to you, or ask her if she is busy, or just tell her how you feel because you thought you and her were friends.
