I think its always different maybe is because of Hormones for me sometimes i have very little precum and sometimes realy much .

dont go stressing it, its a good thing that you are getting it. its a naturally occurring thing that happens to most boys, sometimes more than others. there isnt much you can do about it, just learn how to work with it.

I don't hunk it has much to do with puberty; either can or u can't. If u wanted to relate it to puberty it would have been helpful to know ur age and if ur cut or not.
