Twerking is actually really common in Brazil and has been for a very long time, often accompanied with funk carioca. I'm kinda already used to it, so it appearing in the west wasn't too shocking. What is odd is that funk carioca is usually associated with the lower class which is contrasting with the high-profile pop stars that are performing it in the west. Also, Brazil got the better booty, if I may say that! :lol:

Like for a few seconds, not necessarily bending down and rolling on the floor, if it goes good with the right song, and a good hip hop dance routine, I don't mind incorporating it as it's funny and cute.

But for minutes and minutes just doing it for hours and not doing any other moves isn't very attractive to me.
