I'm 15 but not really progressing through puberty really?

I have no real symptoms well not normally. I only have height and last year I got small breasts buds but they haven't grown since they first grew. My period hasn't come yet I have been sexually active though and I get sexually aroused but I'm a bit embarrassed because I'm not developed at all down there and have pubic hair or anything I don't have acne though that's the good side of it. I have no body hair whatsoever. I have experimented with my best friend and I always feel really uncomfortable around her because I feel like my body looks really childlike like an overgrown kids and hers is all womanly. But I've been to my dr and was just told I was a late bloomer but healthy. but no assistance. It makes me feel awkward so easily. I Don't know what to do advice? I don't just feel like a late bloomer and I feel like I really am not in puberty at all.

Im 14 and my breasts are quite small too and sometimes I get down about it. I dont have much body hair either, hardly anything down there but I dont mind that because shaving is a pain. I have fooled around with my girl friend as well and I do get jealous of her too because she has huge breasts and a big butt too so boys always love her. So I can relate to how you feel! Dont be so hard on yourself though you will develop at your own pace.

there's not really anything anyone can do about it to speed up the process...it just takes time.

It will eventually happen girl, don't worry, just be patient with it and it will come sooner or later
