So pretty much I'm depressed off my arse, my anxiety is at an all time high, I had a panic attack earlier and I'm searching for a reason not to cut ..
No ones done anything (well not recently anyway) it's just gotten worse over the past few weeks, I can't do this anymore..
I'm looking for a reason, any reason, not to cut..

As someone who has self harmed for years I'm begging you please do not make that first cut. This may sound strange but it turns into a sort of addiction that progressively gets worse over time and it doesn't solve anything in the long run - it just makes things worse. It will leave you with cuts and scars that which you will constantly be self conscious of which will make you feel anxious, and the disappointment in yourself or guilt you feel will make you more upset. Making that first cut will be one of the worst decisions you've made, so please don't do it.
There are safer, healthier alternatives to self harm available such as: drawing with a red marker where you want to cut, pinging an elastic band off your wrist, squeezing ice cubes, cutting/tearing up paper and many others which can be found with a quick search on Google.
Talking to someone you trust such as a close friend or family member about the way you're feeling might also help you. It might also be an idea seeking professional help if you have not already done so - speaking to someone who is an expert on these issues can be very helpful for some people.

My usual are things like I have no good long sleeve shirts or I have an activity that I want to be able to move and enjoy with out pain. Nothing is worth you tearing up that beautiful skin of yours. Stay strong, cut paper of you have to, that's what I did all weekend. No one wants to see you hurting, and your blood and rears are too precious to waste on trivial things.
