Since it's getting cold out there and my birthday is inevitably approaching I was asked to choose a present. I already picked some undies, but a headgear called Shemagh caught my attention while browsing through some online shops. I don't know much about it, but it looks cool and I would like to give it a shot. Anybody got a similar one? If so, do you prefer it to ordinary scarfs?

It's what the terrorists and soldiers wear... Just type shemagh to google, I find it difficult to post a picture while on the phone...

They look like a cool idea, I haven't seen many (if any) people wearing them, so that adds a lot to your own style too.

Yep, that's the one. I only like the one in sand-black colo(u)rs, it's the classic mix. :)

Kinda fashioned in my area. I agree they look cool when used as a scarf, not when covering your whole head :P Would get one

They look alright :) but not when it's covering your head, of course. I actually think that there's not much of a difference between this and an ordinary scarf except for the head part.

It has square shape... and, yes, that's it. :)
