I'm in 10th grade and about 3 weeks ago my brother had his lacrosse end of season pizza party where the coaches handed out awards and stuff like that. So I hadn't really been that many of his games that season but I decided to go to the pizza party and almost immediately I noticed this cute guy who looked about my age. Later I found out that he was actually one of my brothers high school coaches, but anyways the entire time I would keep catching him looking at me (maybe it was because I was wearing an oversized sweatshirt and no makeup) but I kind of just ignored it. We kind of talked during the pizza party but it was in a group, not directly. It wasn't until after that I realized he was a junior that goes to my school and I happen to play lacrosse with his sister who's a year younger than me. Within the last couple weeks I've seen him more in the hallways at school and occasionally I'll be walking behind him and I notice that he turns his head to the side a lot when he talking or listening to his friend and I feel like he's looking at me. I think he's really cute and I've heard he's a nice guy so I would definitely go out with him if he asked. Am I just being paranoid since I have a crush on him or do you think he actually might be interested in me?

I think you might just be a little paranoid cuz you like him, but in the hall you should try talking to him and give him your number so you guys can talk more

It sounds like there might be a chance that he is interested in you.

It's hard to tell if he is interested in. But one thing that is for sure though is that he finds you nice, and wouldn't mind being your friend. So why not start there? You can't really determine if someone likes you truly just by their actions from a distance, and from a few glances at you. You really have to talk to them a bit. If you want, you can do as one of the users above stated, give him your number in the hallway, but if you don't really feel confident, you can always just greet him, ask how he is doing, start small talk, or maybe have conversations.
Does he have a Facebook? Maybe you can add him on there and talk to him here and there. As for your question about you being paranoid, it could be possible. You do seem to like him a lot, and you're looking for signs on him liking you back, so it could just be your mind wanting it to look like something it really isn't. My best advice I can give you is that you talk to him, and start as friends, and maybe if you see some real signs that he likes you, maybe you can tell him that you like him too.
With only one meeting at a party, a group conversation, and a few glances in the hallway it's very hard to say if he is interested in you. But what is for sure is that he surely won't blow you off if you try talking to him or being his friend, so try that.
