i am sure if you dont clean it it can lead to all kinds of infections and problems for you don there. if the hot bath soaks dont work, i would go see a doctor about it and see what they would recommend to do, but i wouldnt just brush any of the advice you are getting here off. if you dont want any health problems youll look into it.

The smega won't be dangerous, but I can tell you that you will not be a very popular person because your body odor is going to be terrible if the smega really builds up. Beyond that, your foreskin is going to be really nasty and probably get caked down there. If you masturbate, then definitely clean up after yourself down there and don't leave your semen down there (assuming you can cum).

I would do what the others have said and soak in a tub of warm water. If you don't have a tub or can soak in one, then just clean around your penis regularly with soap and water, and things will eventually get better. Using an antiseptic such as Dettol or alcohol wipes can help you out down there, but just don't use too much because you can really dry yourself out. Once you start cleaning yourself down there, then you'll be fine eventually.

Your foreskin can even stick to your dick then that you won´t be able to pull it back at all and must see a doctor and maybe even get a circumcisison. If you're uncut then when you're in the bath you can just pull the foreskin back and leave it to soak or wash it. If you're cut then just do the same but you won't need to pull the foreskin back.

And when you finally get an inflammation (Lichen sclerosus, also known as Balanitis xerotica obliterans) , google it if you like) it can cause that foreskin and dick stick together and the foreskin cannot be retracted without operation. This can mean the necessity of a circumcision at the end. It´s not disinformation, maybe I only didn´t make clear enough that it won´t happen within weeks or months, but when a boy doesn´t wash himself there at all it is possible, even when it´s taking years ;)

O.K. Dreamer M.D., I give up. :cool: My opinion is still that having Smegma and not removing it regularly by lathering or washing it off with clear water is kinda disgusting, no matter how many percents of boys and man who are not keeping themselves clean will suffer from deseases because of it later on :)
