Well, about a year ago, me and some mates were messing around, and I hurt my right shoulder quite badly. The pain went away after a few days, and didnt think too much of it. Now, a year later, if I move my arm in certain directions, or give it a sudden jerk, my shoulder basically 'pops' out of the socket. Only momentarily, but I have to use my other arm to somewhat pull it back into the socket. And afterwards, it hurts like crazy.

So, seek help? (Not that anybody can really fix this problem), or Sweet As Party Trick?

I would seek help. If the doctor doesnt see it as a big deal, than have fun using it as a party trick. But you should certainly see a doctor!

I'd say go to the doctor. They should be able to get it back into the socket. I don't imagine you can do too much with it out of socket. It's possible that you got it back in socket, and usaully having it out of socket once means it's likely you'll do it again. It's still something I think you should get looked at.
